Ray Miller
KTTR Rolla, MO

About The Artist

While documenting another singer who was also known as Ray Miller, we find that there was also a Ray Miller who called himself the "Missouri Hill Billy". When asked why, he simply noted, "...because that's just what he is at heart."

The only mention we've found of him is from a short 1951 note that indicates he was doing four shows a week at radio station KTTR out of Rolla, Missouri. At the time, he was married and had two girls.

He was also writing some tunes as well, one which he had done back then was called "The Ozark Boogie".
