Who Is That

O. J. Sikes, a DJ on KKRN out of Round Mountain, CA helped us identify the three folks in this picture. He told us they are the Cass County Boys - Gene Autry's musical sidekicks for 16 years on radio, television, movies, records and personal appearances. On the bass is Bert Dodson (he sang tenor). The accordion player is Fred Martin (he sang lead). Playing guitar is Jerry Scoggins (he sang baritone). As another trivia note for you fans, Jerry was also the fellow that sang the theme song for the television show The Beverly Hillbillies. He has a show you can hear on the internet - check out the listings on the home page on Saturdays.
