About the Disc Jockey / Emcee Around 1955/1956, Johnny Harper was a co-producer of KRLD's Big "D" Jamboree along with Johnny Hicks. Johnny was also a bit of a songwriter for the acts on the show. He composed a tune called for La Fawn Paul entitled "Learnin' To Love".
