About The Artist Back in 1965, Boots was getting a lot of attention for one of her releases on the Capa label - a song called "Where Did You Go". Country Music Review reported that nearly a dozen markets had hopped on it and was beginning to show up on national and regional charts. Pop stations were also said to be interested in playing the record. The Spaton label in Canada had also relased the tune for Canadian distribution. In the fall of 1967, Boots was getting attention on the west coast charts with her release of "Gay Divorcee". Credits & Sources
