Marian and Bob Heck
KWGB Rhythm Jamboree Bandwagon

About The Artist

Marian and Bob Heck were a husband wife act that was a part of the KWGB Rhythm Jamboree Bandwagon show. Marian was originally from Connecticut while Bob was a native of Central New York. They met and married while they were both a part of the Ernie Lindell Troupe that was known throughout the eastern part of the country.

They were known for their fine yodeling duets and ballads, but each was a solo star in their own right. Marian (it was Marion when she was with Ernie Lindell's troupe) sang and yodeled as well as played guitar and bass. Bob had a smooth baritone voice and they noted he had started to try his hand at the comedy routines, too.
