Sam and Kirk McGee
WSM Grand Ole Opry

About The Artist

One of the oldest acts on the Grand Ole Opry were Sam and Curt McGee, true Tennessee Mountaineers, who started with WSM around 1929. They did many recordings for the RCA Victor Company back then and were one of the most popular acts on the early Grand Old Opry. Sam also teamed up with Uncle Dave Macon.
