The group was based in the New England area for a time and associated with WRIB. An undated picture also shows them at radio station WNOC studios. A short article in an undated folio indicates that Cactus Frank was killed in an auto accident, leaving them as just a trio. However, it mentions that Yodeling Ed and Curley Joe were being "...featured with a group in New Jersey..." and were to return in the near future.
