RIDINGS, JOE T. - age 67, of Knoxville, died Friday, November 3, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospice. Member of Knoxville Baptist Tabernacle. Preceded in death by daughter, Christie Lynn Ridings; parents, Frank and Essie Ridings; brothers, Edward Ridings and James Ridings; sisters, Mildred Campbell, Frankie Babb, Betty Christie.

Survivors: wife, Nancy Lee Ridings; daughter, Jerri Beeler of Washington; sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Helen Ridings of St. Claire, MS, Joe and Alyce Hughey of Alaska; grandchildren, Cassie Ridings, Josh Ridings, Jennifer and Tyson Hughey and Bryce Beeler; sister and brother-in-law, Aileen and Duane Bennett of Oak Ridge; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Helen Ridings of Florida.

Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Stevens Chapel with Rev. Robbie Leach officiating. Eulogists Mary Murphy and Matt Bennett.

Family and friends will meet 10:15 a.m. Monday at Stevens Mortuary to go in procession for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service and interment at Clapps Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Ave. at N. Broadway.
